Shipping policy

We use Australia Post as our Shipping carrier and offer Standard and Express Australia Wide Shipping, postage rates start at $12. Fragile and bulky items are priced according to packed parcel size and shipping destinations.

We encourage our customers to leave a mobile contact number when placing an order. Australia Post is then able to send notifications and tracking details, also we encourage our customers to download the Australia Post app to receive updates and see parcel tracking details, etc.

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be sent, once sent delivery times are given, these are given as a guide, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. Please understand from time-to-time there maybe postal delays. Postage time guide can be accessed on the Australia Post website.

Shipping is within Australia only; we do not ship to customers outside of Australia.
